The Syndrome, in #18 Hillel St., is definitely the most intimate, plesant and musical place in the capital of Israel. Many artists, celebrities and unknown bands, perform live every night, no matter what the weather is, political situation or which day of the week it is. Katz, the respectable owner, was once a performer in the Syndrome himself and when they decided to shut it down, he adopted the place.
